- Brenda's a cluster nurse for SCCPSS.

- She's implemented cardiac awareness training throughout the district.

- Brenda was a Top-5 finalist in the PSNI 2026 National Nurses Week celebration, recognized for her ongoing commitment to cardiac education and advocacy of school nursing as a profession.

- Principals, assistants and district leadership met for a two-day conference to chart the path for the 2026-27 school year.

- Unlimited Possibilities (5-year strategic plan) was unveiled to all.

- SCCPSS's Engagement and Outreach department thanked our volunteers with a year-end breakfast gathering.

- Volunteers play a daily crucial role in the success of our students serving in various roles including mentoring, literacy and many other areas of expertise.

- Our school system works with several thousand active volunteers annually.

- More than a dozen SCCPSS students finished up learning all about the healthcare field.

- It's a partnership between the school system, Mercer Medical School, Memorial Health and Scouting America.
